Kathmandu,january 17 . Dashain Tihar Festival Music Award – 2080 organized by Active Music Pvt. Ltd. has been completed.
The event under the patronage of multi-talented Bijendra Naubage, the head of Active Music Pvt. Ltd., a model, creative artist himself, was conducted by folk duhori singer Madhav Bhandari.
The chief guest of the program was former Land Settlement, Cooperative and Poverty Alleviation Minister Padma Kumari Aryal, special guest was distinguished artist and director Shubhash Prasad Gajurel, Central President of Grill and Steel Traders Federation Chhalaibabu Shrestha special guest was senior singer and musician B.B. Anuragi national folk dohori singer P.N. Sapkota, senior artist Yadav Bairagi, film director Amar Wali, lyricist Saamna Shah, film producer, lyricist, singer and musician Navraj Jung Thapa were present.
Dashain Tihar Festival Music Awards – 2080 awards were presented in various categories including West Singer (Male) Tilak Basnet (Dasheen Ayo), West Singer (Female) Pabitra Rasaili (Deusi Bhailo), West Lyrics Baikunth Rayamazhi (Gulmeli Sorathi), West Director Prem Sharma Paudl (Dashain Tihar), West Model Biraj Baskota (Tiharai Our), West Cinematographer Gyan Kumar Kattel (Dashain Tihar), West New Singer Neel Sugam Chantyal (Ramayana Sorathi), Jury Award Devendra Saru Magar (Sandhya) Simal Barula.
Senior arranger Raju Khadka, director Rahul Baraili, composer Madan Nepali and singer Pravin Rai were honored under George Samman in the program.
Helping organizations to successfully complete the program are Harit Shanti Samaj Nepal Kathmandu and Sodip Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. Gongbu Kathmandu was awarded a certificate on the occasion of the event.
Social worker and communicator in the program under the honor of social worker and communicator D.B. Parajuli, singer and media personality Ambika Kumari Rai and social worker Sabitra Limbu were honored.
On the occasion of this event, senior sound mixer Dika Gurung (Kathmandu Digital Pvt. Ltd.), senior singer Madhav Bhandari, senior folk double singer Ramchandra Chand, popular singer and composer Tika Bomjan, singer Sanjok Yonjan, singer Abhinay Yadav, artist Pravin N.B. The model was Vishal Lama, the makeup artist was Bikram Gautam.
The dance of child artists and the performance of singer Tilak Basnet made the program more colorful.Senior artist Shubash Prasad Gajurel also performed in the program.
Speaking at the event, the Chief Guest, Minister of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Padma Kumari Aryal, said that since music is the conductor of change, everyone should try to organize it.
Reminding that music has become a strong medium for political change, former minister Aryal said that the voice of the common people should also be represented.
The chief guest was of the opinion that the director of this company, Bijendra Naubage, had to put in a lot of hard work to organize programs by gathering so many creative artists in a situation where it is difficult to survive from Syangja to Kathmandu.
